The Middleridge Civic Association (MCA) hosted the Burke Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department for our last Feed the First Responders event of 2023 on Friday, Oct. 13th.

Our residents provided a fantastic spread of food and drinks for over 40 firefighters, emergency personnel, staff, and volunteers who work tirelessly in serving our community. The MCA assisted in their open house celebration in observation of National Fire Prevention Week. Our donations were able to feed over 40 people for both dinner on Oct. 13th as well as breakfast on Oct. 14th.

President John Bayer represented the MCA in thanking the volunteers for their service to Middleridge and our surrounding areas. The bounty fed multiple shifts fabulous food prepared by our residents and Mission BBQ. Thank you, Middleridge, for your support of the Burke Volunteers!
