Valuing Veterans with Valentines

Middleridge honored our veterans on February 11th during the MCA’s annual Valentines for Veterans.

Valentines for Veterans is a small token of gratitude to our local veterans. This cherished event received over 900 valentines that were lovingly crafted by our residents and children of various participating schools. Cub and Girl Scouts assisted in making valentines as well as gleefully delivered valentine packages to our 143 local veterans.

A wholehearted thank you to all who helped honor the service of our vets by either making valentines, donating candy, donating wagons, or donating scout refreshments. This event would not be possible without the participation of wonderful neighbors like you!

A special thanks to our scouts, scout leaders, and parents who delivered the valentines. Their commitments to respect, duty, and honor are just some examples of the spirit of Middleridge that make it a proud place to call home.

Thank you to everyone who helped our community be an exemplary model of neighborly love.

Sincerely,
Marie Morris and the MCA Board
