February Executive Board Meeting—Feb 2, 2017 at Rick Jones’ home

Call to Order: 7:00PM

Review of Minutes: Tim Harazin, from January’s meeting

Treasurer’s Report: John Tedrick (should receive by Monday—due to his illness)

Membership Committee: Al and Sandy Obuchowski – no update

Other Committee Reports
· Welcoming—Carole Rodero – no new residents between Sept and Dec. Several new neighbors in January
· Newsletter—Catie Morales – updates NLT the 25th of each month
· Neighborhood Watch—vacant – note placed in newsletter requesting volunteer to lead, Rick to request
process/procedure from Greg Summers
· Webmaster—Kim Nelson – see below

Continuing Business—Issues and Updates
· Server/Website, Next Door Middleridge to be kept separate from new website. Mike to talk with Kim
about completing the first version of the website for review by the Board. Board to look into hosting options,
whether by Joe Landry or other means.
· Book exchange where people can exchange reading material—looking at possible budget item (little library
prefabricated vs. building it) next steps now that $500 has been set aside to cover cost. Tim Harazin
is talking to the owners of the little library on Sideburn about the possibility of building one for MCA, earliest
would be spring
