Safety Info & Neighborhood Watch

Neighborhood Watch (NW) is a neighborhood-based, volunteer, community engagement initiative that offers residents an opportunity to provide extra vigilance to help keep the neighborhood safe. Its mission is to observe and report items of interest to the police and the neighborhood for awareness and appropriate action.

Purpose — NW patrols are a visible way we can show presence of an active program, potentially deterring crime.

Help Needed — We could use some additional volunteers and would welcome those interested to participate. Residents can volunteer as much or as little time as their schedule and personal obligations allow!

Training Provided — Volunteers must complete a short training provided by FCPD (approximately 45-60 minute session) prior to participating.

Contact Info — Those interested should contact the NW coordinators using the link on the MCA About Page.
