Review of Minutes: Brad Koch, June minutes approved

Treasurer’s Report: No update

Membership Committee: Al and Sandy Obuchowski – 372 members

Other Committee Reports

• Webmaster/Server Update—Kim Nelson and Joe Landry
  • Go into website and register
  • Problem with AOL
  • Board+ not working – must type out “boardplus”
  • Check neighborhood watch email
• Welcoming—Carolyn Vaughan
  • 5 families gift delivered gift bags in June
• Newsletter—Catie Morales
  • 25^th of the month
  • Delay newsletter several days to get photos from NNO in the publication
• Neighborhood Watch—Vernon Campbell; has 25 MCA residents already signed up; schedule to be pushed out tomorrow; Vernon wants to develop an Acceptable Use Policy “AUP” for the email exchange—looking at having it a verification process conducted and policy finalized by early September; update from previous meeting?
• Twitter account – notify twitter to disable – Mike Torrey

Continuing Business—Issues and Updates

• Book exchange installation—status? Post installed, waiting for builder of library to return to install door to face sidewalk
• Best of Braddock (BoB) Awards– “Neighbor of the Month” recognition—selectees to be highlighted with a few paragraphs in the monthly Braddock Beacon as to why they are special—nominees? Board nominates Al and Sandy Obuchowski

Continuing Business—Upcoming Events

• Tour of Homes & Gardens—July 8^th, POC: Mary Vander Maten, 3 homes
• NNO; August 1st, 6-8pm
• Movie Night—Sept 2, 8:30pm at FCE Pool Parking Lot fun flicks order cotton candy cutie to send info to contact – ask about shutting down pool –secret life of pets

New Business:

• NNO Prep—any issues or holes to fill?
  • Welcoming and membership share a table
  • Table for neighborhood watch
  • Mike to contact elected officials
  • Mary to get 24 balloons and fog park
  • Brad to pickup grills from Rick and Vernon (3 grills) by 4
  • Meeting at Cates house prior to NNO to coordinate – 7/19/17 @7:30pm at Cathie’s home
• Need to set dates for yard sale and dumpster day
