We had another successful Halloween Parade and Party on Saturday, October 24th from 4:00 to 6:00pm with an estimated attendance at around 250 people.
As usual, we gathered at the intersection of Broadwater Dr., and James Hally Dr. and paraded down to Middleridge Park. Please use this Google Photos link for a visual record.

Traffic management volunteers were Connor Volkert, Rob Volkert, Brahma Koodallur, Rene Gonzales and Mary Gonzales.
Upon reaching the park, the young ones and the young at heart enjoyed the haunted trail, snacks, water, juice, candy and games. Freshly made popcorn and cotton candy was enjoyed by many.
Unfortunately, we do not have the list of costume winners to share here, but it is safe to say that we had so many coordinated groups that the judges found it a challenge to narrow down to a small set of winners.
We had a good number of student volunteers who helped set up and run the event included Neil Koodallur, Evan Roskos, Dev Koodallur, Bradley Jackson, Victor Arraya, James Goldhammer, Kavya Tripathi, Asha Herendeen, Emily Campana, Connor Volkert, and Julia Volkert. Adult volunteers who helped included Smitha Vasudevan, John Bayer, Rene Gonzales, Mary Gonzales, Rhonda Goldhammer, and Christine Maxwell.
Many thanks to our neighbors who donated supplies – Lavanya Tripathi, Sandra Alloggio, Janet Pedneau, Erin Rock, Maribel Manrique, Laura Dwyer, LeeAnn Charpentier, Alyssa Horne, Jim Satterfield, Jessica Myers, John Bayer, David and Maryn Simon, and Natalie and Doug Wooten.
Special thanks also goes out to the Fairfax Club Estates HOA for sharing the costs and responsibilities, especially Travis Brown for judging the costumes alongside our own MCA president Eric Burley.
