Executive Board Meetings

The Middleridge Executive Board meets monthly on the second Thursday. Meeting minute summaries are published monthly in the newsletter. To request full minutes, please reach out to the Secretary of the Board

General Membership Meetings

On the second Thursday of May and October, a general membership meeting is held. All MCA members are encouraged to attend and participate. The meeting agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting via the list exchange (email). The May meeting includes electing MCA board members and the annual scholarship award presentations. Other agenda items for the spring and fall meetings often include treasury and committee reports, discussion and voting on By-law changes (if any), upcoming events, and other relevant new business.

Changing By-laws

As noted in the By-laws, proposed amendments to the By-Laws may be offered in writing by any member. Any proposed amendments must be publicized to the membership for a period of no less than 60 days. During the 60-day review period, members may provide comments for consideration by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee will review any comments and finalize the amendments prior to the next regular meeting of the Association at which time it shall be put to a vote and shall become a part of the By-Laws if approved by two-thirds (2/3) of the members present.
