Several new neighbors in January\n· Newsletter—Catie Morales – updates NLT the 25th of each month\n· Neighborhood Watch—vacant – note placed in newsletter requesting volunteer to lead\, Rick to request\nprocess/procedure from Greg Summers\n· Webmaster—Kim Nelson – see below \nContinuing Business—Issues and Updates\n· Server/Website\, Next Door Middleridge to be kept separate from new website. Mike to talk with Kim\nabout completing the first version of the website for review by the Board.
