DESCRIPTION:Scholarship applications for the 2023/24 school year are now being accepted. The Middleridge Civic Association awards up to three one-year\, non-renewable scholarships to graduating high school seniors whose parents/guardians are members in good standing of the Middleridge Civic Association as of March 1\, 2024. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement\, extracurricular activities\, and a personal interview.  \nThe scholarship committee will review all applications submitted by April 1 and select finalists for personal interviews. The personal interview will be conducted by the scholarship committee. All interviews will be concluded by April 30\, 2024.  \nThe application must be completed by the student applying for the scholarship. DESCRIPTION:The MCA will conduct a Halloween Decor Contest again this year! \nThe judging will take place on Saturday\, October 26 from 7-9pm. The contest will have one winner and one runner-up\, both of which will receive a prize from the MCA. \nContest Rules \nThe rules are simple. To be eligible\, you must be a member of the MCA for the year 2024 and not have won in the past two years. Beyond that\, judges will be looking for the best display of lighting and Halloween themed decor. There are no other rules/restrictions. \nJudging \nAnyone interested in volunteering to judge should send an email to alobuchowski@verizon.net indicating your interest.
