Call to Order: 7:21 PM

Treasurer’s Report: (Did not occur)
Membership Committee: Al Obuchowski
- Currently 377 members signed up
- 157 signed up already for next year. This is about 50% of what is expected by the end of 2018
Other Committee Reports:
- Welcoming -Carolyn Vaughan – gave an update on new neighbors welcomed over the past month
- 6 new neighbors greeted
- 7 houses either sold or rented
- 4 houses pending
- 9 listed for sale or other
- Newsletter – Catie Morales
- Receiving photos for the newsletter is an issue – people need to be more proactive in sending them in
- Neighborhood Watch
- Ongoing – no known issues
Past Events (Recap)
- Tour of Homes & Gardens (July 8th)
- Event was well attended
- National Night Out
- A successful NNO with a high turnout
- Robinson apologized for not utilizing the provided grills and hope to be back and use them next year
- Robinson made a profit at the event
- Ideas for next year:
- Increased Recycling- Very difficult without monitors to ensure trash is not included
- May be able to use NNO as a vehicle to achieve needed numbers to rework the Association’s bylaws
- Lessons Learned
- More people are needed for cleanup
- Storage is becoming an issue in the U-Store for the Association
- Likely need an additional $100 added to the NNO budget- Likely went over this amount this year
Upcoming Events:
- Movie Night
- Fun Flicks Setup is ready to go
- Cotton candy and popcorn information was sent (will need additional popcorn bags)
- Flier is in the newsletter
- The Pool will be open and available
- Yard Sale
- Expected to take place in late September followed by dumpster day one week later
- Dumpster Day
- Looking to do 2 dumpsters as part of an agreement with the neighboring community
- Look to carry out the event over Saturday and Sunday
- The Board hopes that closing the gates to the pool area will ensure that the dumpsters are not messed with overnight
- Feed the Firefighters in November
- Will be held Saturday November 11th
- The Simon Family is volunteering to lead the effort
- The budget is expected to be ~$100
